So far, this is the list of what I needed for this spare wheel:

- Mercedes W164 spare wheel 19x5.5.
I bought it for $175 USD on Ebay without the tire.
Most of them has the tire with it, but it won't fit.
Example: https://www.ebay.com/itm/07-11-Merce...AAAOSwDHNfA101
There are some 19x4.5 Mercedes wheel too. I think they are better suited for the 135 tire width than mine.

- Kumho tire 135/70/19
I am from Canada, so I ordered from here:

Probably ~$105 USD.

- 5x Wheel Lug Ball Seat Conversion Washers For Conical Bolts
~ $1 each.
I ordered from here: https://www.urotuning.com/products/w...=8385621426231

- 5x M14x1.25 Extended Length Wheel Bolts (45mm)
$2.59 each.
Example: https://www.bimmerworld.com/Extended...Bolts-M14.html
The bolts are in the mail, I am still waiting for it. Based on my measurement (to compensate for the thicker wheel and about 2mm for the washer), it should have the exact same depth in the car as the stock bolts.

I still have to buy the jack. For the wrech, I plan to put in the trunk the 24" breaker bar and the 17 mm socket that I use to swap my summer/winter wheels.
