I did all 4 speakers and the center channel, it's very easy, bavsound even has a video showing you how on our x2s on YouTube. Personally I'd do all 4, the back ones were still noticeably harsh when I only did front three.

yeah, i think i'm going to change them all. the stock setup sucks.
