Never heard anything about those. The CC2 are all weather tires vs all season tires. In Canada it's popular but I find in the USA it is not. That's the difference between the tires. Many in East Coast here says that the CC2 is so good they might never bother switching to winter tires if they didn't have that option. The tires do make a big difference.. the hakkapelitas for example were the best best I've ever had for winter, but very expensive.
