Strawberry ice cream with Michigan strawberries

The local specialty meat/produce market had Michigan strawberries for sale a month ago, so I bought a flat and froze them. Lots left in the freezer to use in recipes. Next time I will use more strawberries, this recipe used 0.7:1 strawberries:dairy by weight. Next time I will use 1:1. Churn was the Kitchen Aid stand mixer attachment.
Smooth and creamy without being too sweet.
