Eat tons of protein and snack,
water
egg white,piece of light toast butter
water
greek yougurt
water
protein with a veggie or Meal replacment shake
water
mixed nuts
protein/veggie at 630 this is your last meal you have to fast for 12-14 hours
repeat.
have a cheat meal here or there but just remember you are only setting yourself back
Drink water/drink water
a gallon a day helps with hunger
