I swore growing up I wouldn't eat in front of the TV b/c I did as kids....but after maybe 1 year with my wife we got one of those raise up tables and sit right on the couch with the dog watching TV. I guess the apple doesn't fall far from the tree.

When I was a kid we ate dinner at a table in the kitchen. When my kids were young we all ate at the table in the dining room. Now I sometimes eat standing over the kitchen counter and the other times I'm in the family room in front of the TV. I don't think either place is ideal, but that's what I do. lol
