That's partly true. The problem is that BMW has at some time disabled the option (at least for more than 3 flashes) while leaving the parameter in the system. My 2014 F30 was OK set to 4 flashes until I had the whole car reprogrammed, then it wouldn't work. The I-Step change was F020-14-03-503 => F020-19-03-530
