306 hp/296 lb.ft in a car that weighs about 3100 lbs. Also running 245/30/20 tires to clear the brakes/suspension. Basically take a 135i and remove 3-400 lbs. It's all about power:weight.
My old Civic racecar was around 300 hp, but only weighed around 2100 lbs. Would destroy the R8 or GT2 on track.
