Here's how I put it... the X1 does feel pretty boring. So the X2 has 1) smaller steering wheel 2) a lot more grunt. I can't necessarily say it handles that much better, but the steering feels better. It certainly could be the smaller diameter. My wife's car is the X1 so she has been daily driving it for 3 years now and she definitely says the X2 is a different animal. I only have 2500 miles on mine so far and haven't pushed it to it's limits.. I certainly have been scrubbing a few turns harder and harder if I can and have gotten the tires to scrub/chirp but it still hasn't started to "rotate". I know billnchristy said he read that the car was almost too "sticky". The center of gravity is much higher than my lowered E60 so I am hesitant to push it too fast yet.
