Please help.

Driving errands for the wife. A large rock nailed my windshield.

It's bad. Pictures attached.

Pushed emergency services button, talked to them, transferred me to dealer, to order the X2M35i glass (if they don't have it in stock) and all the technology attached to it. Made an appointment for 1/8.

Went online to submit a claim to State Farm. They have some 3rd Party Lynx service handling glass claims. So far, it took me a half hour to talk to two people to try to get them to have the BMW dealer certify/remove/replace the glass so it is OEM and not no third party crap. Especially with the camera's and all that attached.

So, I realize this glass is robot installed but anyone have this done? Any recommendations, comments, concerns, etc.
