I have the BMW OEM bars, wind noise begin to be noticeable at 80KM/H as a slight whistle and progressively gets louder as speed increases. Nothing unmanageable at 120, although I suspect it'll be much lower once you go over a certain speed threshold, I haven't gotten a chance to push the car yet.
Btw, if you don't have a glass roof, I suspect you won't hear much noise.
