Who would agree to write such letter? I think English native person would be better at any case. And we need as many people as possible thus our problem could be really heared. I agree and subscribe to the proposal.
Now let's find the English native person, with the same problem as ours.
I think that a draft of the letter should be post here, in order to be agreed by everyone involved.
Posting a thread about this letter, here and on other forums, could help us to have a large number of persons who will sign.

I think the letter should be concise, containing the description of the error and a demand to BMW for technical investigation of the problem. Of course, our details, as Shipa suggested.
