I hear you; unfortunately, prices are only on the increase.
Best advice I can offer is to scout a couple of different venues for the artist. Prices vary by region, and if you’re willing to travel could save yourself a nice chunk of change.
Also, certain credit cards offer programs with “early access” or a will release a certain amount of tickets at discounted prices.
