been waiting ages for this function. I've always wanted to carry just my phone for everything. Slowly getting there in the last few years.
After 10 years of iOS I now use a note 8 as my daily driver and I actually find the integration with idrive so much better. I can read and send sms using just the voice control button on the steering wheel. NB I did have to do some coding so that I can use whilst driving.
I can leave my wallet at home as the majority of my debit/credit cards work with the note 8.
My phone can open my front door lock.
So the last piece of the puzzle is having my phone as a car key.
It's so handy to just grab only your phone as you head out.
