It is impossible see the tread depth from your photographs across all the tread on all four tyres.
Please read the advice given in the previous posts given above. In India Google search states:
In India, when tread has deterred to the minimum tread depth of 1.6mm the tread wear mark appears, it is suggested to refrain using the tyre after even one tread wear indicator emerges.
