So to put your quote in perspective about 700,000 were sold world wide and less than 70,000 in the US of which maybe at most 20% of the 70,000 were 3.5 so 2% of all X1's had the 3.5. Just saying that "most" buyers did not buy to track it (98%). Do you see many X3 3.5 at the track I mean really most people do not buy entry level SUV's to track or race. I think BMW would easily give up an additional 2% of business to gain 50% due to bigger interior I mean it is an SUV not a sports car. That's my opinion and I'm sure Tracus will disagree but I think he is just trolling because he is in all the threads bitching about something he is not even in the market for. You both should check out the new X4 M4.0 with 360hp because it fits your needs better.
