My ranking is way over complex (unnecessarily so for most) but it goes something like the list shown below. It's an interesting exercise for one to walk through (consider). Think about that for a second:
Natural Beauty > Golden-Ratio >= Face >= Petite > Legs > Proportioned Chest > Proportioned Ass > Hair [Length + Texture + Color] > Small Waist > Petite Neck > Proportioned torso > Eyes [size and color] > Nose> Lips > Teeth > Petite Hands > Muscle Tone > Small Feet >

Nawwww, I'm way simpler. Plus my ranking is only applicable if I just want to clap cheeks.
