Unbelievable.
Just called up my insurance company to ask about mods and the extra insurance cost. I'm left pretty floored by the response.
I asked about changing my grills and adding a lip spoiler. Each of these mods costs well under £100.
Change to the insurance:
£176 + an excess increase to £850 (an extra £200)
I then asked what would happen if I went ahead without changing the policy in the hopes that it would be a case just the mods not being covered but nope, policy would be null and void
