Here you have some more, this is what was changed:
1) Front/Rear bumpers painted glossy black (Vinil)
2) Sideskirts went glossyblack as well (vinil)
3) 20" M rims painted black (Plastidip) with blue calipers
4) Black roof and spoiler black.
5) Windows got tinted
6) Kidney grills glossy black
7) front air intakes got painted black at the bottom.
8) All emblems got black including BMW logos.
