I would assume you could find it somewhere.. but probably not easy since it is a safety feature by default. I don't see why you'd NEED to disable it every time you drive unless you're just trying to roast your tires every second you get. I only get a blip of it in dry weather, and have to "try" to do it in the winter.. which isn't really a smart idea unless you're hooning around in the parking lot, or stuck in deep snow.
