I'd honestly take the S5 if it's about saving. Great design, best interior, enough power and AWD.
To me the C63 is a sexed-up 'C' and the only thing that would attract me is that engine. There's clearly a reason why C63's are being pitched cheaper than M3s: lack of the M-car's racing heritage; M division starts from the ground-up; C63's a 4-door and then there's shows / reviews like Top Gear's which shine a light on the C63's issues.
But if you wants some major power slides then it's a good choice
(but in Vancouver winter? .. a mate of mine up there took the RS4 > M3 for the AWD).
