I have owned a fair number of nice cars over the years, and of course have had them in for repair or maintenance.
I always EXPECT the shop to drive my car in order to assess the problem or to ensure the repair has been done correctly. The idea of having them perform service and not drive it for inspection purposes is puzzling to me.
