Well I spoke with customer service and asked them if I can use CarPlay, and they responded with "CarPlay is still not available as a service in Bulgaria, but will launch in the following few months. As soon as it does, you will be able to purchase it from your ConnectedDrive portal and use it". Then I asked "But does my car hardware support it". Then they asked me for my VIN and replied that I appear to have every required hardware option apart from the large screen, so I won't be able to run CarPlay
. Apparently this seems untrue, so I am confused
. I guess I'll have to wait and see when CarPlay launches.
