No M7 but the Alpina B7 is in testing already. Not the same as an M7 but still something to consider. Then there will be the 760i xDrive, if and when they decide to start making it. It is expected to have the Wraith's 624 hp V12 engine and should be amazing.

Two problems facing laser headlights in the US. First, our laws on vehicle headlights are based on the state-of-the-art technology of the 1960's. Second, all laser lights in the US are under the control of the FDA because when those regulations were formulated all laser lights were for the medical industry. So if you want laser lights for your car, you have to apply to the Food and Drug Administration. And if you want your vehicle headlights to do anything fancy that was not even imagined in the 1960's, you're out of luck, which is why BMW has so many things decoded for the US market.

Even if BMW does figure out a way around the FDA to get laser lights for the US market, they won't be nearly as strong as the ones sold in Europe.
