If you search it, you'll find many Racechip personal accounts. I know I've seen diesel ones, but not sure for this model. This one is programmed for the B48 engine, but I know they can also be reprogrammed for other cars and makes and one reprogram is evidently included (I haven't used it or enquired about it).
