I heard the same thing. - go to Fremont for the service.
I can't stand these BMW dealers in California. I went to steven's creek just to see an M235i to get an idea of the size of the cabin in an M2. and because i wasn't their customer - they didn't want to help. I just needed like a minute of their time.
