Do I need to specify all these things when booking or will they know they need to include all those items automatically when they quote me on the phone ? |
They will know exactly what you need when they insert your key into the reader. How old is your car? Don't be scared to ask for some sort of discount - I managed to get nearly £70 off the original quote. Also worth looking to see if you can get the same oil cheaper elsewhere and then give it them to change.
Next year I will be going to an independent (if I haven't changed the car by then) as my local indie quoted half the price of a main dealer. To be fair to him he did say it was best to use main dealer whilst car is still under warranty.
