18s were, 19s are not - not available in runflat yet. As far as being designed around a runflat, I am not really sure what that means - I have not had a lot of time for reading reviews/etc recently. The car is definitely stiffer on runflats and even on the 30 series on the 19, the ride is very nice.

I assume what they mean by being built around the runflats is the geometry and the way the car treats the extremely stiff sidewalls. I expect we will see a lot of this when we get the suspension analyzed and get to play with camber curves. Not something you can really feel with street tires on public roads though I think.
