If performance just get some performance tires.
If appearance, you’re going to want to jump up to 19 or 20 inch wheels to get the low profile look.
You don’t want to just drop your 18s to a smaller aspect ratio using the same width tires.
For ex. If you drop to 225/40/18, your tires will be 1.8” shorter.
If you go to 245/45/18, it will only be .2” shorter but is a good size. You won’t get a low profile look though.

Hey, pretty much appearance, I thought that performance tires by the theory are built in a low profile(aka some like 225/
40/R18).
So, do you think if I do something like that, without going to higher than R18 is going to look weird?
Like, I like the look of my stock 225/50/R18 wheels, but I wish that it would be a little bit lower like from 50 to 40.
I believe that changing to a higher RADIAL is too much change and expensive, right.?!
