Does anyone know what kind of coating is used on those wheels? Or anywhere I can find those information?

I did some research online. And thinking it maybe acrylic lacquer clear coat with satin or matte finish? But, I am not exactly sure. So, post here to see if anyone expertise on this.

I have a minor curb rash on one rim and am trying to sand and re-coating it.
