Just because it fails that test it does not mean that the car is defective nor that you're going to die in an accident, it's simply a test with a specific method in the US that it fails.
Er, fair explanation, but are we Europeans (pre or post Brexit for those of us in the U.K.!) built with different bodies than you folks in North America & Canada and I don’t mean car bodies 🤔
