Finland, home of the greatest sniper in the history of warfare. Guy was like 5'0 and had like 500 or 600 kills during the Finnish Soviet war (WW2). He was fucking up the Red Army so bad during the winter war that they named him the White Death. Dudes name was Simo Hayha. Oh and he got most of his kills with a rifle with just iron sights (no scope) and a submachine-gun.
