Voila, here is the speaker and connector. Pull out the entire blue clip. The brown wire seems to be the ground (negative) and the red is the positive. I wrote "seems" because I didn't know how to test it for sure, but it is behaving correctly. If you do not have an inline resistor for your tweeters already built into the tweeter, you will have to solder/insert the resistor inline with the positive wire. This is how I marked/mocked up my surface mount tweeter, and here's a picture of the finished product.
