That's how most "detailers" do it. For a full paint correction on a black car, you really need to go to the best of the best, and prepare for it to cost $600-$1200. My best advice would be to go on Autogeek, DetailedImage, Autopia, etc. and look at the detailers that contribute to the blogs or write articles there. The guys who do this for more than just a paycheck. If one of them is local to you, use them.

I'll also second the coating recommendation. Spend the money to have your car CQuartz or Opticoated. It's worth it.
