Yes BMW still hasn't hit the 200,000 mark so yes they have $7500 to offset their pricing for now
There's also a possibility that the cap for 7500 opens up under this new administration
It's in the works yes and more than likely will pass

Oddly it's going to be $7000 with a max cap of 400,000 cars with no fade out

But any manufacture like BMW that hasn't hit the 200,000 cap still has the original $7500 available
