Here is break down from independent BMW dealer - This is only for front brake job:
$213 Labor
Free brake flush
$339 2 Discs
$177 Brake Pad set
$35 sensor
$4 Screws
I don't know the manufacturer of parts but assume they are original BMW equipment.
Brakes on Demand also offers semi brake flush in $525 quote but there is a first time customer $50 discount so it comes down to $485. Otherwise they offer full brake flush for $125.
They just replied me saying that they are able to delete the brake replacement warning after job done. 2 Year / 24K miles warranty included for their job.
I will go with Brakes on Demand, hope they are good enough.
