different head gasket thicknesses?

Hi
doing more research on the X2 petrol engines...

On realoem I noticed that there was a 0.7mm thick and a 1mm thick head gasket option for the X2 petrol engine (I think the B42 engine?)

But I couldn't determine which power output related to which thickness gasket.

This all seems rather jumbled up, but what I'm trying to determine is if I can get a HP increase through a tune, or do I need to also change head gasket (thicker= lower compression ratio)?

I'd be happy with the 228hp like the US and Canadian petrol version gets. I believe that's the only market that gets that power output.
