I believe it is located in FEM (front electronic module) in expert mode , then 3060 LceMaster then ESS_AKTIVIERBARER_AUSGANG and select bremslicht_blinkend
I have not checked exact location in my f48 with NBT but exact location may be different for different models or NBT/NBT evo versions, I can confirm it will not always be in the same location or under same heading as shown on demo mode. For f48, as an example screen resolution has moved and screen variante heading has changed.
