I mean, there's a very very small chance that it's that... But theres a way bigger chance that your harmonic balancer is beginning to fall and the rubber is separating. My car did it at the same mileage just about, if it is, it's not really that hard of a job to do yourself. And if you can afford it, get the upgraded fluidampr kit and you'll never have to do it again.. just look into the engine bay, if it smells like rubber at all or if you feel the rubber is separating in the balancer that very well could be it.

Also check your exhaust mounts, my cars pretty slammed and I'm constantly flighting my rubber hangers moving and shifting. It may shake excessively at idle or even be rubbing.
