Defending or attacking Christian Horner in this matter: hold your horses.
The only material facts known so far about this matter:
- a female Red Bull Racing employee accuses team boss Christian Horner of "inappropriate controlling behaviour" or "incredibly controlling behaviour";
- the Red Bull parent company appointed an external specialist barrister to investigate the allegations, as part of an independent investigation ("After being made aware of certain recent allegations, the company launched an independent investigation. This process, which is already underway, is being carried out by an external specialist barrister. The company takes these matters extremely seriously and the investigation will be completed as soon as practically possible. It would not be appropriate to comment further at this time.");
- Horner "completely denies" the allegations and described these as "nuts" in UK and Dutch press;
- Horner will be heard this Friday by the appointed external specialist barrister.
All the rest is speculation for the time being.
