Its called waste. Colleges used to deal with budgets without Football and Basketball TV revenues. You think much of that money is actually trickling down to tuition? Maybe some schools. Did you see the tuition recently on your average school? You sure its reflecting trickle down TV revenues doesn't it? Hah! Someone is making a ton of money and the student see the smallest percent. Make that make sense.
