Hi all,
Can anyone advise if the smoke coming out of my exhaust is an issue? I have a feeling it is, please see video below.
This only happens when i start the car for the start of the day. Subsequent restarts have no smoke.
I also notice more smoke comes out when the car is not driven for longer periods. So more smoke would come out if car not used over 2+ days.
No smoke comes out at any other times. Only at cold starts.
BMW wants 300-400$ to diagnose but wanted to see if anyone has experience this.
The car is 4 years old.
