Agree with other about cashing and hanging onto cash until sorted.

Also, if your accountant made a mistake that caused this, consider finding another one next year. Everyone makes mistakes and it’s good this is (apparently) in your favor but next time it might not be. It would be pretty unpleasant to get an unexpected bill.
