I believe you can do that in this specific car model. You can replace the lamp on the back with led
smart light bulbs, so you don't need to connect wires. You will need the recharger and a proper-sized bulb. I recommend you look for a model from the Vont brand, and they have a lot of good models, so you will be able to find a proper bulb model that will fit your needs.
