Before I bought my BMW X1 (only xDrive available in Canada) ~1 month ago, I test drove the Infiniti QX50 and Lexus NX 200t in the same class. As soon as I drove the X1, I knew it was the one because the experience was so precise and creamy! The other cars were loaded with all electronic doodads, but that did not outweigh the feel of the X1.
Personally, I would have looked into the X3, but my wife wanted something smaller. I am not disappointed in any way with buying X1.
