I am currently in a loaner 328 MT and am wondering if this is the same gearbox BMW uses for the M2. I'm trying to determine if I should expect the same level of engagement from the clutch and shifter between these two cars.
Any insight would be awesome!

The M2 has the same gear box used in the M3/4 which, IIRC, is not the same gear box found in the 328. I can't speak to differences in feel of the two having not driven a 328.
