A couple of times while driving through Ontario (not in Toronto itself) I recall seeing huge signs that said if you were caught doing more than a certain amount over the speed limit (can't recall the figure) you were subject to a $10,000 fine and having your car seized on the spot.Ever since seeing that sign I *never* do more than 65mph there regardless of what others are doing on that particular road.
