I picked up my X2 yesterday and there’s a few things new to me with regards to its automatic transmission. Is there a way to engage the electronic handbrake automatically every time the car is turned off? If not, is it a problem if I don’t engage the handbrake manually before leaving the car (assume parking on a flat road, not anywhere hilly)

I used to drove Alfa Romeo Stelvio and it would put the handbrake everytime I turned off the car. It put my mind at ease.
