Updates: SA called last night and told me they've found the issues after tore apart the front suspensions. The issue was caused by the torn strut bearing rubber boot and both front springs are touching the metal thru the rubber boots and making the knocking noise. I have a similar clunk over bumps at low speeds. I have had two dealers check it out and both said that everything is fine. The MPS was installed at a dealer. I believe that I should take it for a third inspection...
