Must be the pics quality. It's actually brushed metal with a plastic covering the module, whereas the OEM is aluminum, I suppose. Irregardless, the feel of the paddles while up/down shifting is solid and feel natural. Quite similar in feel to the Turbo S PDK shift paddles on the sport steering wheel.
